Although I have not rented anything (yet), I feel very grateful and moved by the way I was treated by Jessica. While I was overseas on holiday, I received the VERY sad news to vacate my current house. I basically very soon after started my research and jumped online to look for an alternative and to check what was out there. Jessica reassured me while I was still overseas, and kindly told me to reach out once back, which I did. Matching my current budget, one of the properties YPA had listed sparked my interest. Despite there were already inspections scheduled, Jessica has been kind enough to arrange a private inspection.
