TO WHOM IT MAY CONCERN JULY 2024 We are a food charity based in Rosebud and for over 32 years, we have provided emergency food relief for the local community. Each Christmas we run a food and toy drive so that people who are struggling to make ends meet can be given a bag of festive goods and toys for children. In 2022, we were approached by Jessica at Rye YPA to see if they could help support our Christmas Appeal. They asked their network for donations for our appeal and the generosity from their clients and contacts was amazing. Their motive was to genuinely help the local community and it was inspiring. We started our charity with the slogan ‘Local people caring for local people’ and the Rye YPA office epitomises that sentiment and we are proud to have their support. And their support wasn’t a one off! Ben Nutbean and everyone in the Rye YPA office really got behind our 2023 Appeal and donated even more items. We had to make a few trips to pick up everything they’d collected. It’s a whole office initiative and the kindness of the entire team is obvious in our dealings with them all. Rye YPA are a great example of grass roots support for the local community and we are thrilled that they’ve given us their support again for the 2024 Appeal. Together we are able to help those in need in the local community.

Although I have not rented anything (yet), I feel very grateful and moved by the way I was treated by Jessica. While I was overseas on holiday, I received the VERY sad news to vacate my current house. I basically very soon after started my research and jumped online to look for an alternative and to check what was out there. Jessica reassured me while I was still overseas, and kindly told me to reach out once back, which I did. Matching my current budget, one of the properties YPA had listed sparked my interest. Despite there were already inspections scheduled, Jessica has been kind enough to arrange a private inspection. Now, I must say that often such a request is welcomed with a bit of a fuss by some agencies. But not here and definitely not by Jessica. Private inspection organised the same day I called. By the way thank you Caithleen for meeting me and showing the property on Monday. I inspected the property a second time, during the scheduled time and that's when I met Jessica in person. Warm, professional, polite and very welcoming.
