Purchase - As an interstate buyer you have to deal with a lot of reluctancy of agents to provide video walk arounds, extra viewings etc - not so with Steve & team - we got on the same day a very detailed, personalised walkaround and an extra viewings once we flew up - bought on the same day....
Renting it out - within 36h of listing, house has been rented out - before settlement...
