Having started her journey with YPA Wyndham as a Property Manager, Victoria’s progression into leadership is a reflection of her industry knowledge, strong work ethic, and passion for both people and property management. YPA have been looking after my rental for close to 8yrs now and although they have always been good the addition of Victoria and then Amy to the team have made them the go to in my opinion for property management in the area. Amy took over when I was going through a particularly bad time with my tenant but she ensured I felt supported with her quick responses, superior knowledge and caring nature. We just received the email regarding Bal real estate taking over the property followed by another email issuing us with an 'intention to sell' the property. We were sad to not have you guys as our property managers any longer as you guys were great. We are also a tad worried now with the owner deciding to sell and are hoping that if you had any properties come through the market to please let us know. We are after a 4bedroom or 3bedroom plus a study and preferably in the Werribee area.
