Had my routine inspection with Taylah she is lovely and was quick and understanding

It was a pleasure to meet Taylah today she came in did what was needed and left she was amazing with communication prior to meet time. As always another awesome member of the team. Merry Christmas to all we wish you all well for the festive holidays.

My husband and I have had a great experience with YPA, they helped us so much when we were struggling to find a place to live. We just had our first inspection as well & I’ve been stressing about the house not being good enough. Taylah came to do our in inspection & made me feel at ease and comfortable. She was great at interacting with my toddler as well which I wasn’t expecting haha. She was very easy to communicate with and does a great job. I really appreciated her kindness. My husband and I are extremely happy being with YPA and can’t thank them enough for helping us out.

Last week I had a routine inspection and Taylah came in to check my house, she did everything professionally and checked every corner of the house. Taylah my property manager was very professional whilst doing my house inspection. She was very helpful in immediately tending to my maintenance needs

I met with Taylah. I found her easy to talk to - we got on very well. She looked through the unit took pics and seemed pleased with its presentation. Taylah was attentive to my Q's; she took notes and a pic of the list of "maintenance issues" needing attention.

Just had our routine inspection. And Taylah was super quick, efficient and lovely! Told her my concerns with the house and she was quick to write everything down in the report. Would highly recommend YPA Wyndham. As I’ve had an issue in the past and emailed YPA Wyndham. And they’ve been quick to resolve the problem at hand.
