Leasing a property was not an easy decision to make and I was hesitant about having another family enter my home when you hear so many horror stories of tenants and the way they lack care for a property or agents that don’t follow up and communicate with their landlords. Tahlia from YPA has truly been fantastic in her management of my property. Open communication, a friendly demeanour and complete transparency.
