Before We moved up to keilor at that time we were not enjoying where we lived in pascoe vale and the constant changing of agents that were not aware of most of the general conditions that needed to be met and who would then want to come by eveytime yet would barely get back to us when needed. It was going to be different, yet the day we spoke to Sienna giannaula from YPA sydneham, the pressure of did we make the right choice completely disappeared. They way she spoke relayed her information and the happy go lucky personality combined with how professional and good she is at her job we were sold it. She provided the calm and security that we needed as a young family. Honestly, we would have moved into a house without even seeing the place if we knew Sienna was going to be our agent. She has gone above and beyond with any request we have had, whether an emergency or not. She would even take time out on a Sunday when we clearly coukd hear she was out to lunch to hear us out about a burst water pipe.
