We entrusted Jake with the sale of our townhouse in Providence estate after getting him to complete an appraisal of the property in February 2021. Jake seemed to hold the majority of the listings for other townhouses within Providence so we felt that he knew the market well and would be capable with our listing. Jake was excellent throughout the campaign; constant updates/feedback. He even ran an extra open house two days out from auction which demonstrates his commitment. Highly recommend!
