Bacchus Marsh is located mid-way between Melbourne and Ballarat, in a rich and fertile valley that consists of orchards, market gardens and pastoral fields. The township itself has a long history, dating back to the days when gold was first discovered in nearby Ballarat during the 1850’s.
When entering Bacchus Marsh from Melbourne, you will make your way through a beautiful tree-lined strip named “The Avenue of Honour”, complimented by hundreds of aesthetically pleasing Elm and Oak trees, planted to honour those who served during World War One. This road leads directly into the commercial centre of town which offers a mix of retail outlets in both historic and modern buildings and has something to suit everyone.
Main Street is the main activity hub of Bacchus Marsh and is home to the recently upgraded Village Shopping Centre consisting of approximately 48 stores including Coles, Target & Aldi. Bacchus is a beautiful, family-friendly community township with so much character, charm and history offer.
Excellent service YPA Jodi was amazing to deal with, very friendly and excellent service. My property sold in a week and I couldn’t have asked for a better result. She always kept in touch and kept me informed on how the opens went. I would highly recommend her to anyone …
Vickie was great from first day we spoke. Came and discussed processed. Wasn’t pushy but very knowledgeable and fair. Talked about what we wanted and was clear about what she and the team do. Always contacted us with any updates and very approachable. Lovely and highly recommended.
Easy to speak to, loves her job I have had the best experience possible as my first purchase of land. She has been very patient and helpful. Thankyou Jodi for everything!
Amazing results! Jodi did such an amazing job on selling our house we can’t be happier with the outcome after only having the house up for sale for a very short time. We couldn’t recommend Jodi enough.
