Originally my unit was rented through another real estate in Bacchus Marsh then the owners changed to YPA. It has honestly been the best thing for me especially with circumstances over the last couple of months. Juscynta is my property manager but have delt with Monika and Ruby also. The ladies since the start of me being with YPA have been friendly, professional, approachable and prompt with me from get go. Recently I was given notice to vacate as the owner has decided to sell and I hit the panic button. YPA had a property that suited my needs and an inspection was arranged. I handed in my application for the new property and found out within a couple of hours my application was successful! I was in my new home within 4 weeks of being given my vacate notice. I expected the process to be stressful to say the least but they were happy to take every email and call, no matter how stupid I felt at times with the ladies reassuring me and helping me.
