Honest, fair and great to deal with. I met with around 5 real estate agents and whilst all had their pros and cons I ended up choosing YPA and in particular Mitch based on a series of factors. They were 100% transparent by providing a printed pricelist of exactly what their services cost as well as commission structure. Others would scrawl it on a piece of paper based on my reactions or excluding gst from their pricing. They were not at all pushy with follow-ups and were wholly appreciative that choosing an agent can be a stressful time for a seller. Mitch was just grateful for the opportunity to represent me and said to call him any time with any questions.
One thing I found during that campaign is that they were honest with all of the people who inspected the property and whilst the odd 'over embellishment' may get a better price I would say it is also true that the person buying can trust everything that they are told when they place a bid so it works both ways Overall I felt very comfortable working with Mitch and it seemed his passion was more about the joy of meeting people and selling houses as opposed to commission or statistics. If you want a genuine relationship with an agent I would highly recommend Mitch and YPA in general.
