An enthusiastic and people-focused professional, Kelly currently works as a Personal Assistant at YPA, supporting the Business Development Manager with data entry and a wide range of day-to-day operations. While new to this role, she brings a wealth of experience from various industries, along with a natural ability to adapt, communicate, and connect with people from all walks of life.
After completing Year 12, she entered the workforce immediately, gaining valuable experience in customer service roles, which led her into a successful career in hospitality management. Thriving in the fast-paced hospitality environment, she was responsible for everything from stocktaking and team management to customer service—and loved every minute of it.
Known for being approachable, dependable, and calm under pressure, she handles any situation with professionalism and a smile.
Outside of work, she’s a proud grandmother who treasures time with family and friends. Whether going out, dancing, relaxing at home with a movie, or reminiscing about her days riding horses on her uncle’s farm, she finds joy in both the energetic and quiet moments of life.
Always open to new challenges, she joined YPA to explore a new career path and contribute her people skills, dedication, and positive energy to the world of real estate.
