Moving interstate and putting a renter in your property has its own set of challenges - you're 1600kms away and you can't see the place you own .. your first ever home.. and provide suitable repairs at the drop of a hat. ENTER our lovely friends YPA and their band of superstars headlined by Karen - the relationship was always perfect and each phone call relating to matters that need fixing or discussions about rent etc felt like we were sitting at a nice cafe over coffee instead of being on the phone 1600kms away in vastly different climates. If there was a question I had, it would be answered to perfection. If repairs needed to be done, Karen would have a band of warriors to fix anything we needed and at a perfect price. She helps make us look like perfect Landlords; when really, it's her work that's making us stand out. we're truly grateful to be connected with such a wonderful group of people who have looked after us every step of our Landlord journey.
