I have recently sold my home with the agency and would especially like to thank Junior MuBashar for the great result he achieved for me. When I first met with Junior, I was greeted by a young man who came across as very professional and was able to effectively communicate with me. The language he used was easy for me to understand, so I felt comfortable with the whole process. He explained everything in detail and even shared in conversations with my extended family, which made me feel more confident with my decision making. I liked the way Junior applied his knowledge of social media to advertise my property, giving it more opportunities to be viewed. The photos of my house looked very inviting and accentuated its features to potential buyers. Together we actually decided to present the house fully furnished, as it was already empty prior to putting it on the market. This made it more inviting and highlighted the effective use of space within each room. I felt this concept supported those people who may have found an empty space difficult to visualise. When I came to view what the staging company had done, I was thrilled with how well it had been presented. Junior was also willing to put me in touch with various contacts of his to assist me with different things involved in selling a home, which was helpful as I was very busy at the time. Throughout my experience with him, he happily kept me up to date with how the open days had gone, the feedback from potential buyers and the next steps moving forward. Junior worked hard behind the scenes on my behalf and I would highly recommend him to assist other clients in either purchasing or selling a property.
