The one thing I liked about Dani is that he was transparent with the pricing. He clearly said what the vendor is expecting and range that I don't have to go beyond. This gave me confidence because it's a known name YPA, I put my offer straight. Dani made negotiations in pricing going through that fine line making sure you don't reach a breaking point, that makes him an agent of buyers and sellers alike.
