Our landlords recently decided to sell the rental we have been in and foolishly went to a different agent because they promised to get them more $$ than YPA's honest appraisal. Since they changed agents, we have been dealing with not only a property manager but sales agents and inspections. We put in a generous offer to buy but they greedily refused. Now months later, they have accepted our offer (on par with Ypa's original appraisal by the way!) but we refuse to deal with O'Briens real estate. They are unprofessional, rude and dishonest. Instead, we sought out a beautiful rental through YPA Sydenham and again have Cynthia and Amanda as our property managers. The best by a mile!
Looking for a place to rent for my daughter and her fiance was no easy task but Cynthia and her team were amazing.
