YPA Point Cook is looking for an experienced and driven Sales Consultant with a strong understanding of the Chinese property market to join our team. If you have a proven track record in real estate sales and are fluent in Mandarin (or Cantonese), we’d love to hear from you!

Key Responsibilities:

• Actively generate leads and build a pipeline of prospective clients, with a focus on the Chinese buyer and seller market.
• Conduct property appraisals and presentations to potential sellers.
• Negotiate sales and manage the entire sales process from listing to settlement.
• Maintain strong relationships with clients, providing ongoing support and guidance in both English and Mandarin/Cantonese.
• Work collaboratively with the team to achieve sales targets.

What We’re Looking For:

• Experience in real estate sales, particularly within the Chinese property market.
• Fluency in Mandarin or Cantonese (required) in addition to English.
• A passion for real estate and a commitment to achieving results.
• Strong negotiation, communication, and interpersonal skills.
• High level of self-motivation and the ability to work independently.
• A current Agent’s Representative certificate (or willingness to obtain one).
• A current driver’s license and reliable vehicle.
