The Role

As a Property Manager at YPA Caroline Springs, you will be crucial in managing a comprehensive portfolio of properties, ensuring optimal satisfaction for both our landlords and tenants. Your day-to-day responsibilities will include:

Managing all aspects of property management including maintenance, arrears, condition reports, and lease renewals.

Delivering exceptional customer service to landlords and tenants, ensuring strong relationships are forged and maintained.

Utilizing your negotiation skills in various situations, such as lease renewals and resolving potential disputes.

Ensuring all properties are compliant with relevant legislation and regulations.

Your Skills and Experience

Experience: Previous experience in a Property Management role is essential.
