With seven years’ of experience in his Property Manager role as a Licensed Estate Agent, Ben Smith loves that two days are never the same, and is excited at the prospect of building a lifelong career in what is such a fast-paced and energetic industry. Ben has a unique background that is seldom seen in the property world, having served in the Royal Australian Navy. Outside of his current commitments at YPA Ballarat, Ben is also studying a Bachelor of Business Management through Swinburne University. He has a great interest in the business world and hopes to bring all the knowledge and experience gained from his degree and apply it to his role. With great attention to detail, being highly motivated, and bringing with him a strong work ethic, Ben was attracted to real estate as it would give him a chance to work and interact with a wide range of people from varying backgrounds. He is very much a people person which his clients and fellow colleagues will attest to, as well as being an expert problem solver and someone who excels at asset management. Outside of work, Ben has a love of American Football, having coached the Ballarat Falcons and the Victorian team, as well as having held scholarships to the play in the US. He is also an avid photographer.
