Located 22kms west of the city, Caroline Springs is a picturesque mini-city with a family-friendly vibe and facilities galore which all began in 1999. It is now one of fastest growing suburbs in the Western corridor.
Made up of a number of housing estates built around pretty lakes, walking tracks, parks, schools and having easy access to the city via freeway. A new train station is currently under development due to be completed by 2016.
Major features of the area include; Caroline Springs Town Centre, CS Square Shopping Centre, Lake Caroline, Caroline Springs Leisure Centre, Brookside Community Centre, Springside Children’s and Community Centre, Brookside Recreation Reserve, Centenary Square, The Cascades Linear Park and Urban Wetlands. Centres like CS Square, are home to major retailers and a host of cafes, while the Mercure and West Waters hotel complex offer evening dining and entertainment options.
