At short notice, Andrew from YPA visited the house and provided us with a realistic valuation on what the property would sell for. He also provided his insights on the preparation needed to sell the house and provided us with contacts to get the work done (Must say that the professionals recommended by Andrew also did an excellent job with their services). Andrew was reachable all the time over phone. When the property was listed for sale, we had multiple buyers at the property on the same day and the property sold within a few days of listing. His support and guidance and knowledge of the market was very valuable. Would recommend Andrew to anyone considering selling their property.
