Receptionist, Hume City Office

YPA Hume City is seeking a friendly and organized Receptionist to be the first point of contact for our clients. If you have excellent communication skills and a passion for customer service, we want to hear from you!

Key Responsibilities:

  • Greet clients and visitors with a warm and welcoming attitude.
  • Answer incoming calls and direct them to the appropriate staff members.
  • Manage appointment bookings and coordinate meeting rooms.
  • Assist with administrative tasks, including data entry and filing.
  • Provide general support to the office team as needed.

What We’re Looking For:

  • Previous experience in a receptionist or customer service role is preferred.
  • Strong communication skills, both verbal and written.
  • Professional appearance and a positive attitude.
  • Ability to multitask and work efficiently in a busy environment.
  • Basic computer skills, including familiarity with Microsoft Office.
