Property Manager Job – Sunbury

In this role, you will manage a residential property portfolio and provide high-level service to rental providers and renters across Sunbury and surrounding suburbs.

Key responsibilities include:

• End-to-end residential property management

• Routine inspections, entry and exit condition reports
• Arrears management and rent collection
• Maintenance coordination and repairs
• Compliance with Victorian rental laws and legislation
• Building strong landlord and tenant relationships

About You

We are looking for a Property Manager who has:

• Experience in property management (preferred)
• Strong communication and customer service skills
• Excellent organisation and time management
• Ability to work in a fast-paced real estate environment
• Knowledge of the Victorian residential tenancies act [RTA]
